      Pros

      Good salary and benefits,. Still a lot of people with hp way in mind.

      Cons

      Kind of lost their way a bit after they split from HP. Although I hear that things have got a bit better now they are out of the protracted transition.

      Pros

      great technology and continues strive for improvement. The new business model they implemented in 2005 is working and the company is very stable financially. Great performance now that the economies are bit more hesitant.

      Cons

      they should still be more aggressive in terms of seizing opportunities. Support organizations are down to a bare minimum and a lot of work falls on the managers.
