Pros

- Benefits, PTO, overtime pay on Sundays + holidays --> HOWEVER, one of the reviews says we get double time and a half on holidays. This is absolutely 100% not true. It is only 1.5x pay. - Friendly coworkers - Clean, modern office in a good location - International company with possibility to work/visit abroad (have yet to get these opportunities as this office has only been open 5 months)

Cons

- There will eventually be 100+ call center employees. You will soon just be another blip on the radar - They keep hiring managers at the same time as customer service reps who join the SAME training class that they are supposed to manage. After a month on the floor, reps have more experience taking calls and emails than the managers. Does this make sense? - After awhile, job is not interesting/stimulating/varied

Pros

I spent a good portion of my hospitality career at Agoda/Priceline and it was incredibly memorable. If you choose to join the organization just know that you will be challenged and, at times, stretched to your limits. The people that you will be surrounded with are driven, intelligent and well intentioned. Join the team and load yourself with value. Discover what you really want to do.

Cons

The two drawbacks - seemingly endless reorganization and the prioritization of room nights above all else. While competitors and sister companies have been moving towards positive supplier engagement Agoda has been moving to the opposite.

Micro management at it's best

Pros

Great colleagues Many positions had the opportunity to be remotely based. In normal times, travel was flexible.

Cons

Management was forever changing goals, micro-managing your every move and awarding 'points' as if you were children playing a game.
