      The team is unmatched, so many brilliant and kind people, made some of my closest friends here! Management is quick to award hard work and talent. There is a lot of room for growth and they actually care about your personal development. Business moves fast and is open to new ideas and innovation which keeps it exciting.

      Fast-paced culture can lead to a lot of fires and sometimes it's hard to coordinate between teams.

      Very fast-moving company (some may think too fast) with a lot of challenges to solve along the way. They experiment with everything which lends to a great learning experience.

      Cons

      Priorities change frequently, internal systems are sometimes flawed, big organization and players are always moving teams so it's hard to make progress on a project.

      We do move fast at Agoda and experiment with everything. That's one reason we have been able to scale up so quickly. With moving fast, priorities change fast as well, which is why we have town halls and ask me anything sessions so often. I hope these sessions help you manage projects more efficiently.
