Pros

- 13 leaves and that too it can be carried forward. - Good medical plan with less co-pay. - 401K is a big plus. - H1 transfer and GC taken care very professionally. - GC processing on time or befor time also as discussed during joining.

Cons

- Need to improve no of direct clients in regions other than costly cities. - Lack of management and employee interaction. - Even though you have joined full time on salary mode, but once client changes the salary can increase or decrease depending upon the billing rate.

Good for learning, growth and experiment. One can work with freedom, Management is too cool and helping.

None so far. Haven't encountered any yet.

Pros

I worked with 6-7 consulting companies and I found this is the best from them. Better package at initial joining level. Filed h1 on time. They work with really good attorney firm for all visa processing so its they have great visa approval rate.

Cons

Have to fight for salary negotiation. Promises regarding salary hike are fake. They don't work on percentage basis and no transparency on rate. Not many direct clients. For GC processing, if you inform them you're leaving company - they will process everything right away otherwise very slow processing time.
