      Good company but need improvements

      Pros

      Nice learning exposure, good policies, Can get work from home if needed, Great work environment and culture. Tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values. And of course competitive compensation

      Cons

      Nothing major I can think of, probably the company should retain good talent.

      good for first project

      Pros

      The first project mostly will be a long term project and they will fulfill all promises. PTO, Insurance, relocation, GC processing

      Cons

      Once the first project is over, they dont have many direct clients and so, will have hard time finding new project. They call it full time but its contracting with your package dependent on the billing rate and if you are not on any project, your pay will be stopped once your PTOs are over.
