      There are no benefits of this company. Period.

      Cons

      - EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to communicate with - either by phone or online. - Very scattered response to responding to emails. - Pay is below standard and is difficult to set-up direct deposit and get reimbursements correctly. - Position is NOWHERE close to what I am actually doing - Benefits are lackluster other than paid time off - Unprofessional and hard to work for/with

      Working environment is excellent. I am very please to work under my reporting manager. Very comfortable environment.

      if you are stuck with a bad client no one will help you out.

      Worked 2+ years as FTE with AgreeYa and my overall experience is nice and good.

      Pros

      - Nice and secure company to work with - They took care of everything(Visa transfers, extension, GC filing, ...) they promised me at the time of joining - HR and Legal departments were very responsive and helpful always - Long term projects - 2+years - Initial salary offered to me was good

      Cons

      - Never got a salary hike - I don't think they try retaining their employees
