Pros

In a relative world there are worse companies out there who would make you feel less bad about this consulting company. They put you in a project and then stay out of the way, if you like that kind of employment then this is company for you.

Cons

They really have a hands off approach. They are really responsive and communicative till right before you take the offer, then the responsiveness goes down close to zero. My manager here is avoids responding to my emails and vms, so good luck getting your queries answered. Do get everything from them before you get on board because communication will break down completely, once they have hooked the fish.

Cons

Hired me. Collected all documents and then conveyed me that letter will be given after 3 days. They wanted me to work without any documents. HR doesn't know any policies. I don't recommend it to anyone else.
