Pros

Solutions side is stacked with smart people. Solid middle management that goes the extra mile to protect team s from upper management garbage.

Cons

Horribly dependent on the sub-vendor / corp to corp recruitment model. Too many recruiters sharing DICE / Monster log ins. Very limited resources and HUGE resistance to investing in more. Horrible homegrown ATS with limited functionality. What is does have is buggy and doesn't work right. Marketing collateral today makes same claims as the marketing collateral five years ago.

Good immigration process. Recruitment is overall good. They try hard to find project for you.

Cons

Tough to get pay hike even after changing project. GC process is tough, they make you sign contract when they file GC. They don't share I-140 document as its company owned document.
