Despite having obtained approval via email from my direct manager and their superior for an early exit, I encountered challenges in receiving my full and final settlement (FNF) from the Human Resources department. Despite fulfilling the terms as agreed upon with my managers, the HR department informed me that I did not complete the stipulated notice period. This discrepancy between the approved departure arrangement and the subsequent withholding of my FNF highlights an internal miscommunication issue within the company. Also, Instead of receiving the experience letter promptly upon resignation or termination, I was asked to pay an extra fee to obtain this essential document. This practice is unfair and unprofessional, as it puts an additional financial burden on individuals who are already transitioning out of the company. It also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to supporting its employees even after they leave.

Building is a bit old style. Else everything is good.
