Pros

Company has great leadership with folks willing to lend an ear and try their best to solve problems. Very good direction being taken by leadership.

Cons

Company suffers from information silos. Executives struggle to get information from those with boots on the ground, and information doesn't disseminate well from the top very well either.

Very Stable, Solid company. People tend to stay for a long time, Great 401k. Usually saying that the culture is good just a cop out for a low pay job with a terrible culture but the people here are genuinely nice and happy to help.

Cons

The culture is VERY conservative. WFH is VERY frowned upon. Trying to push change is very difficult because senior leadership has been there for 30-40 years except for the CEO. Pay is definitely below average but it's such a niche industry that is worth staying in and learning. A lot of management are pretty new to managing people and are still learning how to do it.
