*Deep Pockets from owners make this company very stable. *Wants to be a modern company. *Generally promotes work/life balance. *Great retirement and health benefits package

*Very top-down management style. *Upper management does not understand the core business, how to drive change, add value, communicate, foster culture, and strategize. *Company culture has been starved, they replaced good values with nothing but driving for "Operational Excellence" without a clear mission on how or why. *This company is so slow and disorganized. *Compensation is a mixed bag.
