Pros

Summer hours, fresh fruit and snacks are always in the office, flexible work schedule (understanding of doctor appointments, life happenings), exposure to different cultures, and friendly colleagues.

Cons

With less than a year under my belt it is difficult to say; for me, it can be challenging to connect with workers and form relationships with those who I don't see in person yet work together consistently. There are many remote workers and other locations within the company.

Excellent cross departmental exposure both lateral and upward. In depth knowledge of how business works, they emphasize your understanding of the business

Cons

No work/life balance at all, nor did they care. It was more like work/work balance.
