      Pros

      I have only been working for the company about 3 months. Overall, a positive culture and good incentives.

      Cons

      In the short time with the company, there have been issues with communication in order to properly integrate our division into the overall structure.

      Pros

      Good people and the work can be rewarding.

      Cons

      Not sure what management is doing, but there isn’t much transparency. There never is any budget to do anything. It’s run from Philadelphia and there doesn’t seem to be much thought or interest about the other locations, even though those are the locations those drive the revenue for the company. Focus lately seems to be on head cutting, now growing. Lots of good people being let go or leaving and not being replaced. I would be wary of taking a job here, it might not last long.
