You have the opportunity to work with ambitious colleagues with different backgrounds and experiences. The culture is very results oriented and focused on working as a team. The company affords flexibility to those who demonstrate that they are productive and accountable.

Cons

As an innovative and growing company, there are a lot of priorities and the focus can shift quickly. You must be agile and comfortable with change.

Pros

Profit Sharing and bonuses for all levels of employees, Good Wages, Summer Hours, Rewards and Recognition program, Access to senior management, Opportunity for Growth and Learning as long as you are willing to work hard.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like we are attempting too many things at once and forgetting that there are regular day to day, week to week and month to month deliverables that still have to get done.

I liked my work and I liked the fact that, as a global company, you got to meet a lot of people.

Cons

Starting out was great (4-1/2 to 5 stars) but many company changes reflect poorly and the ratings reflect the state when leaving company. Work not appreciated. Hiring and layoffs are common now, a big change from when people only left rarely.
