Pros
Pay is decent and they offer remote work depending on your role
Cons
Previously, we were retail business services. Once we moved to Ahold, there was a shakeup in management. It no longer feels like the company gives a care in the world about the employees and things that directly impact us, and that also trickles down to the customers. The lack of communication is egregious and disappointing for a company that recently was listed as a top employer to work for. The people higher up refuse to listen to the people on the front line who are actually doing the work which lowers morale. I've never considered leaving this company before but now I for sure will leave before things get worse. Roger Wheeler moving from his role was the start of the downfall of this company. He made it feel like a family, whereas now it just feels like a concentration camp.
