Great people and culture. Very exciting area, Bonuses and can be sizeable depending on your level. Most people are kind, friendly, and innovative. Lots of amazing work going on and the growth has been amazing to see.

Cons

Horrible IT systems make everything harder, want to move to a hybrid work schedule when most employees want to be remote permanently.

Many of the people are very hard working and dedicated to the companies. With the pandemic, it appears the company will allow more flexibility by department for remote work.

Cons

Reorganizations happen on a regular basis and jobs are cut or pay and benefits are cut. You could end up with less pay or benefits after a reorganization.
