      Pros

      An opportunity to get into air medical…. And go work somewhere else.

      Cons

      CEO is toxic. Makes decisions off of preference and not performance. CNO is an emotional mess. Fosters a toxic environment like the CEO. Senior leadership is terrified of CEO. The dysfunction trickles all the way through the org. There is a reason they are bankrupt.

      Pros

      Set schedules. Lots of overtime availability if you're willing.

      Cons

      Safety is something they care about if you need to do it for them, but if you bring an issue to upper management nothing is fixed. Overtime tends to not show up on paychecks and you have to submit a form for pay corrections. Pay is on the low end compared to other companies doing the same thing.
