Great team of Professionals. Good place to gain experience and knowledge if you apply yourself. Company provides further training with OEM, Both engines and Airframe manufactures.

Cons

On Call 24/7. Scheduling a rotation for On-Call status may help balance Home/Work quality of life.

Great people and mission but lack of any true leadership

people - individual contributors, pilots and nurses

Cons

No real direction. Each department does its own thing. Focus on profits, bonuses and chasing shiny objects IT department feels like it's still in the 1990-ties. Lot's of talk, convoluted processes but very little action. The CIO seems to be checked out.
