Pros

Good hours most the time if you don’t get called in, if you got quarter time or something for on call maybe it would be worth it. As long as you follow policy and show up to work you don’t get fired.

Cons

On call is the worst thing, and you don’t get paid hardly anything for it. Some of the bases have a lot of drama.
