Pros

The Mission for the company is great. Saving lives is never a bad thing. The IT Team is extremely competent, and are some of the greatest people I have ever worked with.

Cons

This company could not care less about technology, modernizing, or coming into this century. They had 6 people supporting 5000 employees, and that will never change. And the CEO has made it abundantly clear that his employees mean far less than his bonus. So the departments that need the most help will never get the support that they need.

Pros

Great job overall. Privilaged to have worked beside some of the best nurses, paramedics, and pilots who put their lives on the line to benefit patients.

Cons

Management cares more about their perceived reputation than they care about their employees. They also claim to adhere to a "Just Culture." But upper management would rather preach than practice.

Saving lives. Good employees

Cons

Management does not know how to manage and does not care about employees. Reviews after reviews after reviews after reviews, all saying the same thing. Think about it! Aaron Todd. Will you do ANYTHING to address these concerns? Are they not all telling you the same thing?
