Pros

Taking care of patients. Best co-workers ever. Flying. Anonymity. Schedule. Safety is priority (at the ground level at least)

Cons

Pay. Pay. Pay. No Union. No appreciation from employer. Telling people how much you make is degrading. They will try to get you to think they are doing you a favor by letting you work here. A common quote from management "if you don't like it, you can work somewhere else". Another one of my favorites, "we will always give you an answer but you might not like it". It goes without saying, we never like it. Management has no training and punishes like the employees are children. No Union. Schedule is great until you get training and yearly classes piled on you. Minimal chance for advancement.

Pros

Came from working for a County EMS, so get a lot more down time. Learning a lot, pay is pretty good, schedule is great. Good co-workers.

Cons

Management is questionable, not sure if they are qualified. They promote from within but this means promoting nurses and paramedics a lot of whom do not have managerial experience and it shows.

Pros

Company was great in 2008 and went downhill ever since. Forgetting the employees that make the money for the company. Actions speak louder than words.

Cons

Lack of management skills, drunk with power is running the company into the ground! Stock Market proves it
