Everyday is different. Exciting and challenging. Lots of opportunity. Supportive management. Great teamwork and family atmosphere. Good pay. Great benefits.

Cons

Growing business puts strain on employees trying to keep up. Several employees with bad attitudes. Mentally challenging and can be exhausting.

Pros

Aside from the only slightly above average pay, there really aren't any pros.

Cons

If you want to go exactly nowhere in an intensely stressful job where you are micro-managed to a molecular level, then AirCom is the place for you! Taking multiple requests while simultaneously monitoring vital radio traffic, flight tracking data, and memorizing arcane local policies are just a few of the bonuses this job provides. Make a mistake while monitoring up to 12 aircraft? You can rest assured you will never hear the end of it. Oh, an you can do all this in a room that has the noise levels of the monkey house at the zoo and the ambient light of a moderately sized cave. At least there are opportunities for advancement! Wait, nope. Not at all. Run, do not walk away from this place.
