Pros

Dispatch/Call Center is well paid but strenuously worked.

Cons

Angry external customers & often internal customers as well ( management & other staff). High pressure moments, be prepared for thankless accomplishments.

Great Benefits, company truly takes care of their full time employees.

Cons

Leads and Management need somewhat more training in dealing with people that aspire and or would like to contribute new ideas.
