Pros

Growth Opportunities! The company is in acquisition mode and there is always so much to do. Excellent management (at Corporate)-easy to access management team including top management. Exciting Industry-branching out into new sub-categories of aviation. Very professional and conservative but friendly atmosphere. If you are driven, hard-working and a team-player, you will be recognized and rewarded.

Cons

Pay is average. It seems that new talent is difficult to attract because of this but once in the door, many people stay here for years.

Pros

A forward looking organization with decent benefits. A great work schedule with ample opportunity for overtime. With the exception of a few older aircraft in the fleet, most of the equipment is very modern with up to date avionics and safety equipment. There are a wide variety of bases to chose from and the company is not against changing a base once you have been with them for a while. The benefits package is decent with a college tuition assistance program. Most of the pilots seem to be prior military aviators with extensive experiance with NVGs.

Cons

The pilots participate in a union where as the medical crewmembers do not. Medical staffs seem to have a high turnover as there are complaints with pay and scheduling. A recent change in payroll processing has caused some turmoil however the bugs are slowly being worked out and HR is quick to work with those who have had problems during the transition.

Pros

high level of responsibility, close team atmosphere, ability to be autonomous on the job, good benefit package, good company training and safety program

Cons

Like anywhere, would like to get paid more and have newer equipment to work with...excessive middle management level. Cop orate driven.
