A large enough company that can offer growth and advancement without sacrificing precious time while waiting.

Cons

Every company has cons. It is how that company works through the problems that gives the company a better reputation for taking care of its employees. AMC does just that.

low wages, uneducated management, hostile environment to work at. You only need to have a high school diploma and work here for 15 years to be a supervisor.

Pros

The benefits are competitive but don't expect much anything else. The salaries are low and the work conditions aren't good.

Cons

I wish i had something positive to say about this company. A lot of women are treated poorly and the place is a revolving door. They can't keep seem to keep their good employees. Bad behavior is rewarded with promotions and management loves to intimedate employees.
