Locations. Better bases as far as comparison to GMR/AMRG

Cons

Old fleet of aircraft. Poorly regulated pilots. Pilot group suffers from “good ole boy syndrome” of a majority of pilots that are unemployable by any other carrier due to either previous violations, mental status or physical status…but are allowed to do what they want, when they want (violation of FAR’s, SOP and company Ops Manual) as long as they workover to fill open shift and Area Managers look the other way to keep their KPI reports in the green
