Maui Activities Concierge Pay is false advertising

Pre-fire it was a 65K a year total pay including tips job.

Cons

Post-Fire it IS CURRENTLY a 40k total pay job including tips because the hotels on Maui are more than 50% occupied with the unhoused and relief workers. It's going to take 2-3 years to build new homes thus the pay will remain at nearly half what they are advertising.

Strong purpose, valuable work and great training.

Cons

Horrible place to work! Executive team is a arrogant group of ostrichs with their heads in the sand. In their little special bubble they lack a grasp of business reality or their responsibility for others. They spend on themselves, flights home and hotels every week on the company dime, fancy retreats at 5 star resorts and all kinds of extra benefits while employees are paid under market, worked extra long hours and asked to economize on everything. Terrible living condition at the bases and a general culture that lacks respect. Heaven help you if you speak the truth or deliver bad news - you might as well go ahead and pack your desk.
