Pay was good and training was as long as you needed to feel comfortable.

Cons

Always short staffed, on call schedule meant you were almost always working because of the lack of staff. Work environment was not welcoming.

The pay was ok, although it did not keep up with industry. Leadership team in IT was good, although very under appreciated by the terrible corporate leadership. Great team in the field, just wish we could have done more for them.

Pretty much EVERYTHING else- Corporate leadership Funding of IT department was pathetic IT department was the red headed step child
