Pros

not many. when they feared losing more employees (for issues that were obvious and brought up many times yet ignored) they did temporary perks like food days.

Cons

awful management. Petty and rude approach to issues and no regularity to disciplinary actions lack of attention to their employees pay incentives to grow are non existent and when told we would receive them you had to fight for them. paychecks were often sent incorrectly. there’s a reason their field and home office turnover is so high

Pros

Onboarding is quick and easy. Great pay, upper level educational experience, and personnel are very experienced. Employees seem happy and there is not much turnover.

Cons

You really need to know your stuff and be good at autonomy. Not for anyone who doesn’t want to put in the effort to succeed. I wish there were more locations.
