Pros

Benefits better than average. Health benefits and 401K match. Tuition assistance/professional certifications if your department head is willing to budget. (for those who are not pilots, mechanics or clinicians)

Cons

Culture of nepotism, fear, backward thinking. IT/systems years behind. Compensation. 3% raises for employees. Only executives get bonuses, stock options.

Pros

Good benefits and great co-workers. Good work schedule. Online training. Provides new flight suits and 100 towards boots annually. Encourages national certification.

Cons

Inconsistencies throughout company involving pay, training, discipline, and guidelines. Disconnect between corporate and regions. Decisions made at local levels and unable to contact HR with issues. Questionable practices involving overtime pay. Unfortunately, employees are just numbers. Everything is based on money- not loyalty to communities or hospitals
