Pros

The culture, the work atmosphere, the people, the managers, and the benefits are just unbeatable. Air Apps is making an impact on how work in the new world should be. Work just flows into your life, like Air. I have never been this stress-free in my entire life and so motivated to do more. My manager meets with me regularly and when I presented my goals, he was on board and supports me like no one ever has! So thankful I'm a part of this amazing team.

Pros

Being at Air Apps for just over a year, I can honestly say I feel so lucky to have landed a job in a company that looks after its employees. From my very first day, I knew this would be a place where I can truly grow and expand on my skillset, and nonetheless, I have learnt and gained so much experience which makes me feel fulfilled as an employee. The work/life balance is also great! The flexibility allows me to be so productive daily - like being able to do housework, take a longer lunch or go to the gym, I can fit this around my work schedule which makes my days more fulfilling. We are also trusted to do our jobs from pretty much anywhere around the world, with full support from teammates and management, which is pretty much anyone's dream. In terms of professional growth, we are given time every week to train and/or attend courses that would help us improve our skill sets. This is something that not a lot of companies offer, but here at Air Apps, we always insist on the highest standards and that includes employee growth. I am so impressed with the values that Air Apps holds. I still find it surreal that I work for a company that offers so much and supports me everyday. I feel ever so lucky.

Cons

My only con is that I didn't find Air Apps sooner!
