      - Can work fully remote anywhere on the local time if where you are located - Great work environment - No Big Corporate BS culture

      Cons

      - It's an asynchronous work environment, so you might need a bit of patience before you get a response from a colleague that has a 6 hours time difference from you, but otherwise nothing bad to say.

      Pros

      The company is constantly listening to our suggestions and working on how to improve internal processes. I feel that, in general, we do have a voice. This is a comfortable place to share our input, ideas, and feedback with our peers. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The company culture is very honest and natural. It doesn't feel forced.

      Pros

      The people are amazing! The environment is fun and welcoming, and we all get along very well. Since this is a remote company, we can have a bit more flexibility with our schedules, in case we have some urgent errands to do, vet appointments, etc. Another benefit of remote working is that you can travel to another country and spend a couple of weeks there while working. On special occasions like birthdays and others, we get gifts! I feel very appreciated in this company and am super happy to work here ❤️
