      Pros

      One of the most accommodating places with a fully remote structure. This gives us all the flexibility to prioritise whatever is needed. People are extremely friendly, understanding and the most welcoming. The best part is you get to meet people from all walks of life, from so many different parts of the world.

      Cons

      So far, there have been no cons, and I hope it stays that way! :)

      Pros

      It is a great place to work! When I started in Air Apps, the crew was super nice in the welcome. My manager supports my growth and I always have time to study new technologies. The "work from anywhere" lifestyle is the best part! Being 100% remote I have time to spend in my personal life. In addition, the company is growing so fast, motivating me to grow together.

      Cons

      Before Air Apps, I worked for more than ten years in a traditional model of job. I used to go to the office every day, spent eight hours there, and worked 100% synchronously. In Air Apps, it is different, and in my opinion, it is much better than the traditional way. However, in the first month, it was a bit hard to adapt to this new reality. I could overcome it specifically because the company supports it too. It is a matter of mindset.
