Pros

Young environment, flexible work desk (you can work from a couch whenever you feel like), chance to work from home once in a while, the high number of days off, good benefits. Inspiring culture and good core values.

Cons

The mediation between users is very hard and you can get many stressful cases. They do a lot of talking about work/life balance and well-being but the working weekends and the weekly change of shift affect you and you often have to sacrifice your personal life.

+ one of the most exciting and fast paced companies out there + good benefits + friendly and inclusive culture + cool offices + cool perks such as meetups, travel credit etc + really great colleagues

Cons

- disorganized management structure - very difficult feedback loop, no real opportunity to create a meaningful impact - no structured employee development - extremely difficult if not impossible to progress from middle management to upper management as an internal employee
