      Pros

      Connecting people around the world with the same interests, which is travelling and get great accommodation at affordable prices with great hosts!

      Cons

      There is not really any cons to this platform so far, they are always improving the system and increasing its customers and offers

      Pros

      * Fun smart caring people to work with. * Good atmosphere. * Great perks (free meals, snacks, happy hour, a lot of extra PTO days etc). * Certain flexibility within working from home. * Generous travel coupons.

      Cons

      Though the company exists for around 6 yrs now& has thousands of employees all around, it still has the growing pains of a young start up: mixed messages from management when it comes to work procedures, not very clear career progression, constant random changes, & low salaries compared to other similar Tech companies.
