      1. great opportunity to know excellent people from a diversity of contries and cultures, p.s. pilots and captains:) 2. the respect and trust among colleagues make it really a confortable place to work 3. good salary and conpensation, also with many training for employees' advancement

      Transportation: very far from the city centre Just my personal view: impartial between Chinese and Expatriates regarding promotion opportunity and compensation level

      Interesting industry, interesting people and interesting clients.

      Cons

      If you don' work in one of the French or German HQ's or hired directly from the HQ, you can consider yourself as second hand employee with not much benefits. Being hired directly on a project or in the satellite office can be considered as a death-end career move with no support from management.
