- Team and work environment: one of the smartest, friendliest and most ambitious group of people I have ever met and worked with. - Opportunities: fast growth means you are part of the decision making at some point. Your opinion is always valued and listened to, no matter what position you have. - Strategy: ambitious and perfectly timed product strategy. Highly motivating challenges and rewards.

Cons

- We have no pet in any of our offices: NYC, Paris and Berlin.

Pros

-The work ambiance: just amazing and dynamic, you can really feel part of the Aircall project and development which keeps you motivated. -Your projects, your work and your voice are really important for Aircall. -International and young team: you are able to work with smart people and learn from them day by day, in terms of tasks, projects, language and culture. Since your first day you will feel part of the Aircall family. Even though we keep growing and growing (of course) the CEO's are still really close to us, always open to listen and always motivating us.

Cons

Since we keep growing, our work spaces are not enough for all the team, but soon it will change.
