A lot of growth = a lot of opportunities. Management is good Great team spirit, friendly colleagues

Cons

Not a lot honestly. Relatively young company means that we have a lot of things to learn and improve, but that is the fun of it!

Pros

The role i was in was not the right fit for me at this point in my career, however Aircall was a great place to work. - Very caring and culture driven team. - Minimal micromanagement. - Gym Membership and Health insurance paid for. - Great office. - Plenty of networking opportunities and functions.

Cons

Not really a con but please consider this is a fast pace scale up environment. Things are constantly evolving.
