Pros

So much training! Aire Serv hires the best and cultivates their team to be the best. The investment they make into their employees is amazing. There are great spiff and benefit programs. Very much a team environment with a great culture. The owners work hard to make sure the employees are successful.

Cons

The HVAC industry is hard work and has some long hours during peak seasons, the work-life balance can be tough. This is true for any company, not just Aire Serv.

They have a great Spiff program, so if you can sell you will thrive Provides routine training at supply houses

Cons

Value a salesperson over someone with technical skills, very pushy with sells, also office staff can really do no wrong due to family bonds and treat techs terribly with no repercussions, office messes up its somehow the technicians fault. Office also trash talks to technicians and talk about their drug usage, very unprofessional and violated the code of conduct we were are suppose to uphold as Aireserv, owners know and let it happen. also will decide to fire you if you bring up any safety concerns. Also the pay is terrible. Also don’t value experience

Cons

The company is still in its initial growth stage. There is steady organizational improvement but we do occasionally experience some growing pains.
