Well organized shop Company pays employees well Company provides good training Company is competent in trouble shooting and dealing with customers

Cons

Dishonest managment. In January 2013, the draftsman quit, followed by 4 employees being fired, followed by 6 or so employees quiting and more employees being fired there after. Management does care not about the lively hood of it staff and did not give good honest reasons for why they fired they employees they did.
