Meeting friendly people and customers through out the area.

Cons

Very poorly managed business,not family orientated, customers being overcharged for parts and repairs, outrages rates, management cares about money more than they do about employees and customers, code of values not fallowed , no levels of advancement , full time title but no full time hours, employees can get 1 week suspension without warning.

Cons

Prices to consumers are outrageous (I would be hung up on, laughed at, scoffed at often when quoting a price) and the reason for the high prices is because a ridiculous percentage of sales goes straight to the corporate office. On-call rotation (for technical staff) Management does not listen to employee issues.
