It is a lot like high school. If you are part of the in group, everything is great. However, if you don’t make it into the right click then it’s a miserable experience. More work than can be completed in an eight hour day. Overtime is seldomly granted, but you are expected to somehow “get the work done“ without any extra hours on your time sheet. They present themselves as a big happy family, always saying how much they all pitch in so everybody succeeds. That is a lie. Maybe back before the pandemic when people were in the office there was more camaraderie and teamwork. Now it’s every person for themselves.

This place is a nightmare. The things they preach in the interview are simply not true. The upper management and CSM's will throw you under the bus every time in order to save face with the clients.
