      Pros

      Co-workers are great, creates an awesome atmosphere. Mid-management is very helpful and really knows the job and leads teams

      Cons

      No career growth potential, too many employees with too much on their plates and will be unfairly taken advantage of if you are good at your job

      Pros

      They do have a work from home program and there is an annual bonus program, which is nice. But unfortunately, that's about it.

      Cons

      The pay is too low for the responsibilities your are required to perform. The management staff have more concern for themselves than their employees. Favoritism is shown by most managers, and there is a double standard for 2 employees working in the same position. This used to be a family oriented company, now it's all about how much money can bill to our clients.
