Pros

The people here are really friendly - it's like a big work family. They like to hire people that show potential for good work ethic/customer service than people with actual industry experience. They believe they get a better quality work force this way that is molded to the "AIReS way". Great team effort.

Cons

There is a definite consensus of over-worked and under-paid. As in any customer service type position you have some tough people you have to deal with and as a Relocation Specialist being the front-facer to the customer you generally are the one getting yelled at when there are any issues.

Great people and a very great company with great job security.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement. Once you're in this department you stay in this department. Insurance benefits are really bad. Cost is low, but that's because everything is out of pocket until you meet your 1500 deductable.

Never bored, always changing. Great networking and social iteration. Relocating families is a rewarding career that allows you the opportunity to learn new things and have a purpose in your career.

Cons

Poor management choices, unclear expectations and high book counts make it difficult to maintain quality of service.
