Unrealistic Sales Goals

Pros

The benefits are good. Could be a better match on the 401K. Vacation Time increases up to 4 weeks per year. Decent Pay. A lot of opportunities.

Cons

The management is too top heavy. There are not enough workers to get the job done. Micro-Management runs amuck. SAP Computer system is a joke. All of my co-workers hated the system and would avoid using it.

Pros

Good drivers and customers. Lots of training although repetitive. Good benefits. Paid vacation and sick leave. Strong distribution. Good marketing literature. Company very profitable/stable. Promote from within regardless of education level. Lots of resources.l and people.

Cons

Poor service. Price gouging, customer turnover is high, employee turnover is high, Forced price increases yearly. No company car. Poor vehicle compensation rolled into salary. Smaller competitors are taking the market from this company. Vendors prefer to work with competitors also. Unreasonable growth targets lead to zero bonuses.

Pros

Vacation more time served more time off, stocks are a decent deal 401k match is anemic at best. You get a ham at christmas

Cons

Stock based company with no clue on customer or employee service. Always complaining about sales being down instead of fixing whats broken they just take it from employees so numbers look better. Training is almost next to nothing bring people off the streets and they are filling cylinders by lunch. Every year has taken more and more benefits from employees. Every year your raise goes to your benefits when you give a 3% raise then up the benefits cost 5% your going backwards. Airgas is broken and cannot be fixed thats why they sold to Air Liquide hope my next 10 years are better
