      What the heck just happened?

      Pros

      Good employees in the stores and plants. Very hard working people. Benefits are not bad and better than most.

      Cons

      Company runs too lean on trained employees. If one person is out it can cause major issues as no one else has been trained to do that persons job. This leads to poor customer service across the board. HR is not very helpful as when you reach out to them its like you are bothering them.

      Airgas, where they make the rules then change them without notice

      Work life balance is good

      Cons

      Way too many too list, but in short lowest wages and upper management doesn't understand the personnel they have at their disposal. If your not part of the "clique" you will never get promoted.
