      Pros

      Great company culture. Concentration on continuous internal training and education on product information with multiple vendors.

      Cons

      Severe "cliques" within the company that promote within their own groups. Concentration on calls and minutes is removing the rapport that one can build in solid customer relations by strictly relying on dollars and cents and not so much customer satisfaction.

      I felt like I was in high school again...

      Pros

      Great pay. That's about it. Hours were nice because we didn't have to deal with the usual 8am & 5pm traffic.

      Cons

      The group I was in was like a really bad high school clique. In a group of around 25 people, 24 were female and only one was male. Need I say more? I didn't think so. Oh, they were great about not micro-managing. However, that doesn't mean to completely ignore your employees (especially the newbies) and then to judge said new employees without ever speaking to them after the initial week of classroom training. If you don't fit into the clique, you don't stand a chance. Very bizarre group...

      Pros

      Company makes good business decisions and continues to grow.. Enterprise transformation through software seems to be going well.

      Cons

      IT is not very collaborative. While stability was good, internal growth and opportunities were slim. Also, it felt fear was the driving factor in most cases.
