Provide work boots. Safe culture. Get a small bonus once in awhile. Good insurance. Weekends off. Evenings off. Holidays off.

Cons

Automatic write up for rules you aren't trained on. Poor training. No pay scale. Low industry pay. Lots of promises with no follow through. Hold different people to different standards.

Pros

Benefits, clean office, fair pay, time off, friendly co-workers. The office is very clean and a nice atmosphere compared to most places I have worked. The pay is good for the area. They treat us well with lunch once in a while.

Cons

There is quite a bit of favoritism. Some people don't have to work as hard as others if they are liked by the management. People that really go above and beyond might not get recognized for their efforts if they are not in a favorite of their supervisor.
