      Pros

      Good hours, an employer you could have a career with and advance career with depending on region you're working in.

      Cons

      to much micro managing. A lot of redundancy and reports.

      A good place to start in IT

      Pros

      Flexible hours (in my department at least), Family-Oriented, politics are navigable, good people to work with. This makes it a good place to begin a career in IT, but there is a ceiling in regards to advancement if you don't want to relocate to PA.

      Cons

      Pays well below market pretty much all over. If you want more compensation, you need to produce an offer from elsewhere. They are not very good at retaining talent, but are trying to make strides in this area currently. IT is centrally managed in Radnor, PA, so Divisional IT teams don't get exposure to much of the systems-level technology.

      Be ready to shell out money for your expenses

      Pros

      Insurance is excellent, you can set your own hours as a salesperson, decent HR department.

      Cons

      Be ready to pay your own way, all meals for you and your customers, your gas and mileage, hotels and the list goes on and on, I was the lowest paid salesperson in the division. If you enjoy being limited to what you can do and capped commission then this may be the place for you. I was "warned" about being a woman in the industry, even applied for a promotion and was denied because "if a guy got mad at me, you can't handle him as a woman."
