      Good team atmosphere. Opportunity to learn. Work definitely keeps you busy. Customers are nice to work with as they are very familiar with the company and the products.

      Cons

      Management should recognize team members more. They also tend to "reward" those who create disturbances. Can make team life a bit difficult.
